All children from birth through age three years are eligible. An initial evaluation will be completed by a service provider. If the child qualifies then a team evaluation will begin. the child's development is assessed by a team of specialists including an EI Specialist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Adapted Physical Education Specialist along with the child's family or family members.
