Referrals are made to the Hopewell Early Intervention Program by contacting the Help Me Grow office at 740-622-3760. The initial referral may be given to the Help Me Grow office by a family member, close friend, physician, social worker, health department, etc. Once a referral is made, background information is obtained and an appointment is scheduled.
