services we provide

After the evaluation is complete and the child qualifies for service, an individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed with the family and evaluation team members. It is based on the families needs. It includes a summary of all of the child's abilities as well as the family's concerns and priorities of the child's development. Services to meet the child's and family's needs are listed on the plan. Early Intervention services may include, but are not limited to:

  • communication (speech/language)
  • counseling
  • dental screening
  • family training
  • home visits
  • nursing
