how are services delivered?
The Hopewell Early Intervention Program offers several options for how services are delivered including:
Center-based services:
- assistive technology (braces, wheelchairs, communicative devices)
- developmental play groups (birth to three years)
- evaluations, assessments and screenings
- group instruction
- individual treatment sessions based on need
- specialized individual intstruction
Home-based Services:
- evaluations, assessments and screenings
- individual treatment sessions
- specialized individual instruction
Additional services offered include:
- equipment loan
- family resources services
- parent support/education
- Parent Resource Library
- service coordination
