Clients who receive services from the Coshocton County Board of MR/DD have the opportunity to provide programming in-put and to serve in a leadership position through participation in the Hopewell Employee Council.

Dee Tobias, client advocate, facilitates the group which is made up of volunteers who agree to serve a one year term. The group elects officers and establishes committee assignments. Active committees of the Council include:
