important information

Inclement weather or other emergencies may require temporary cancellation of transportation services or cause delays or changes due to  the nature of the emergency. In the event of cancellation or delays:

1. The Superintendent or designee will make all reasonable efforts to notify  drivers by phone.
   
   
2. Listen to the  following radio stations: WTNS 99.3 FM, WTNS 1560 AM and WHIZ or access our website at www.coshmrdd.org
   
   
3. The following  message will be given (1) Hopewell School is closed or (2) Hopewell Industries is open for those who can provide their own  transportation.
   
   
4. Notification of early dismissal will be made to families, caretakers or providers by  phone. No rider will be left at their residence or designated drop off point unless someone is present or driver is authorized to do so.
   
   
5. For the most part, closures will usually reflect the policies of Ridgewood and River View Schools. If they are both closed, we are closed. If one is closed we will not run in that district.
   
   
6. The Superintendent will determine if the program is totally closed.
